Client: Private. Type: Commission. Gross floor area: 120 m2. Project team: Jean-Frédéric Luscher, Berry Luscher, Manuela Ruozzi, Jean-Michel Martinelli, Mathieu Hefti.

This project of attic is an extension on the roof of a multi-apartment house of the 60’s. The client wanted a clear and contemporary space for her and two children, as she was tired of her traditional house.

We tested a playful idea of connecting the former garage, which we turned into an entry spaces, a storage area and a wellness space open to the garden, to the 100-sqm penthouse with a private glazed elevator. This would be placed in front of the building and would not affect the use of the part of the building on rental.
