This project is another example of the KM Properties, a process of the re-energizing of an ancient district, Kerameikos-Metaxourgeio (KM), situated in the city center of Athens, where about fifteen sites will be both remodeled or newly built by several architects of Greece and Europe.

Main Square: a mosaic and an icon
The project area is facing one of the rare pedestrian and urban squares of the city. Six different parcels will be connected to a shadowed courtyard each with its function, creating a dynamical and qualitative centre with commercial purpose.
The new building covered with copper panels will be the iconic image of the project.
It also will be the main access of this new mall.
